How do I remove license information for an unused product?

I have uninstalled a product, but the licensing information still shows up in the Netwrix Auditor Console, how do I remove this data?

If you need to remove licensing information from the console for an uninstalled product, follow the steps below:

  1. Close the Netwrix Auditor Console
  2. Navigate to the following path: C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesNetWrixManagement ConsoleProviders
  3. There will be a list of provider XML files, one for each product
  4. Remove the corresponding XML that would go to a specific product, each provider will be named with an acronym of the product, with the word provider attached to the end of it. For example: FSCRProvider, which is short for File Server Change Reporter Provider

After following the steps above, you will be able to open the Netwrix Auditor console and no longer see the uninstalled product listed under the licensing information.
