I keep getting old data in the Detail Events Report email.
The report contains event records which have been reported before.
There is an issue in the software after an upgrade.
To resolve this issue, please perform the following steps:
- Make sure that Netwrix Logon Reporter scheduled task is not running.
- Rename the following folder “C:ProgramDataNetwrixLogon ReporterEventLogs<your_domain>” to “<your_domain>_backup“
- Rename the following file “C:ProgramDataNetwrixLogon ReporterSettingsDefaultlastState.xml” to “lastState_backup.xml“
- Start the Netwrix Logon Reporter scheduled task.
