When clicking report link in Change Summary emails folder is not found

When clicking the “More Reports are available at URL” link in Change Summary emails you get an error in the web browser that states that “The item ‘path to product folder’ cannot be found”.


The folder does not exist because SQL Reports have not been uploaded for the product yet.


In order to upload SQL Reports for a specific audited system:

1) Open the Netwrix Auditor console and expand the managed object which corresponds to the audited system in question.

2) Expand the audited system and click on Reports.

3) On the right hand side near the bottom underneath Configure Reports you should see “Upload report templates from the product installation folder to the Report Server”.
